Music On Hold (MOH) is easy to use! PB‐X Supports any MP3 file, which is easily uploaded to the system.
Ring groups allow an inbound call to ring any group of phones in your organization. First user to pick up gets the call.
Users can enable & disable call forwarding for inbound calls to their extension via their handsets, allowing even the biggest road warrior to always be in touch.
PB‐X includes a dial‐by‐name directory, making it even easier for callers to efficiently locate their party. Users simply key in the users first OR last name
The only downside to VoIP is its reliance on your internet service. If you are utilizing VoIP for your phone service, and you experience an internet service outage, PB‐X will automatically route calls to your PSTN/POTS line (if available).

Follow Me allows callers to locate you no matter where you are: on your cell, at a branch office or at home. This feature will ring multiple locations of your choosing, until the user picks up or is diverted to voicemail.

  • Hold Time” announcement frequency customization.
  • User/agent priorities for more effective call routing.
  • Hold time limits so callers do not remain in your queue for extended periods of time.
